The technology developed very fast in our days, and it did because they realized our needs. The Ram gives us the possibility to store information for short periods of time, until we sore them permanently elsewhere. There are more types of RAM, such as the SDRAM, DDR or rambus DRAM.
The first one is one of the oldest RAM existing on the market, and with the smallest memory capacity. In our days the most used are the DDR, or the RDRAM, because their technology is more developed, and theirs storing capacity is much bigger. Many people are asking how much memory they may need. This is a question, only you can answer, because it depends only on what do you intend to do on your computer. In fact the number of RAMS can be bigger than you may need, because it can not harm your work in any way. As it was mentioned before, in this case more is better.
